The dream came alive in 2010!
Ken Tsang wanted to perfect his craft as a culinary apprentice. Once a month, Ken opened his house to 8-12 close acquaintances, and cooked them a 5-course meal. This was his way of practicing the art of cooking and entertaining guests. His monthly pop-up dinners became a hit, and the idea to become a professional chef was becoming a reality. As the reputation for Chef Ken's food and service flourished, a demand for him to cater weddings and other large events began and Ken Tsang, Private Chef & Catering was born.
KTPCC caters to the greater San Francisco Bay Area. From intimate dinners for two, to large scale corporate events, we pride ourselves in our versatility. Each client has a specific need, and our job is to meet those demands. We understand food allergies, health diets, and cultural culinary practices and our custom menus are created with our client's preferences in mind. Everyone is different, that is why no menu is the same.
On top of serving outstanding food, we believe hospitality and service is the most important key for a successful event. Making our client and their guests' feel welcome and at home creates a more fulfilling experience.
