Getting older you realize that there really are no short cuts in life and quality of food is definitely not one to skimp on. My palate has definitely been refined over the years and Ken epitomizes why you would pay the extra money for a private chef to cater your parties/special events/etc. Great attention to detail and such amazing food. I was really impressed by his scotch eggs (wrapped with shrimp instead of sausage) and the ribeye which was cooked to a perfect rare. You definitely will not be disappointed by booking Ken for your next occasion. He works with you every step of the way and is accommodating to your needs.
We hired Chef Ken for my bridal shower in Palo Alto last week and he was AMAZING! He was very professional, friendly, quick to respond to emails, punctual and extremely prepared and detailed in his work. The food was so good too! ...What I really appreciated about Chef Ken was his attention to all the details. He brought all his own equipment (including folding tables, table cloths, ginger/soy sauce for the sushi, peanut sauce for the spring rolls, etc), prepared everything ahead of time (cut the veggies, bought all the appropriate materials, made the crab meat filling, chicken dumpling filling, etc) and set up everything - it was all so nicely presented and was everything we imagined for the bridal shower. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Chef Ken again for another event or recommend him to a friend! Thank you Chef Ken!
